James Cameron's AVATAR - This film got so much god damn hype, It honestly ruined it for me, It's been nearly a year since it came out in Decemeber 2009, and since it's going to be dragging it's blue ass over to sky HD this christmas, I thought we should give it a mention.
Well, it was ok, It was bloody long, and when I went to see it, we were all expecting a lot more. well I say everyone, Will was against seeing a film about blue aliens on principle, no offense Mr. Cameron, they just seemed a bit gay.
The plot felt a bit cliche, perhaps they were counting on the CGI to do the storytelling, and fair play to them, Graphics-wise, this is pretty dang good, but that's about it. I suppose the plot was ok, At least it had enough colour to hold my attention.
What else can I say? If you haven't seen it it's probably worth checking out if you have sky, just don't expect it to be an amazing life changing expierience. Also, 3D is overated.
